GuideMart (Guide Market in Thailand)

GuideMart is an application for tourists, which locates and provides information of historical sites, attractions, places to visit, local travel maps, and local routes for sightseeing in Thailand and other countries. The application locates the current position from GPS to know where you are (location awareness), and then find nearest attractions by presenting digital multimedia contents of those attractions to you. The digital multimedia contents may consist of guide books, audio guides, video guides, travel map, etc. During you are visiting in Thailand, the application provides handful travel guide information in everyplace you go, as a personal tourist guide.

In release 2.0, GuideMart provides new features such as "near by guides" that allows you to view a posting from guide persons of their attractions and impressive places. You also can create your own guide profile about your travel trails. In addition, you can send a message to each others for guide and tourist information.

Currently, Guide information are available more than 2,000 attractions in Thailand,and more than 100 audio guides near by the Grand Palace in Bangkok
